We all know that food is an important element of health. But it goes further than not eating certain foods. Good health is about eating all of the energy and nutrients that our bodies and brains need to function well! We need to focus less on eating less and more on what we need to eat MORE OF, and then our bodies don't crave the manufactured non-food as much.

We live in a 3-generation household: we see in real-time what works and what is just not going to happen. We also are prickly pears ourselves, and will not stick with a program that is Draconian or unpleasant. The goal is to find the habits that are sustainable, over time. Which means malleable to each individual, uncovering an easy, enjoyable and powerfully helpful wellness lifestyle.
